Returns and Exchanges

Can I return my order if it’s not right?

Absolutely. If it’s within 14 days and the item is unworn, unwashed, and is in its original condition, you’re good to go. If it's within 30 days, you can return your item for a credit voucher (excluding sale items).

We don't accept returns or exchanges on sale items.

How do I get my money back?

Once we receive your return, we’ll check it over. If it passes the test, we’ll refund you back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Easy.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

If the item is faulty or we messed up your order, we’ll cover it. If it’s just a change of heart, shipping is on you.

Can I swap sizes instead of refunding?

Yes! If we’ve got the size you need, we’ll happily exchange it within 14 days. If not, we’ll process a refund instead.

If you do require us to post an exchange, please include a return postage bag inside for your exchange to be sent back to you in. 

Can I exchange my item?

Absolutely! If the item you wish to exchange is the same value as the item you want to exchange it with, we can make that happen. If the items are not of the same value, we will refund you for your original item, and then you can purchase the new item.

What if my order arrives faulty or wrong?

Tell us within 7 days and we’ll fix it fast. We’ll cover the return shipping and make sure you get the right product.

How do I start a return or exchange?

2. We’ll send you the return address and instructions.

3. Pop it in the post and wait for us to work our magic. ✨
